repair service for ALL Pellet Stove Control boards at a fixed
rate plus shipping. Use this web based form for more
accurate processing of your control board repair.
1) We no longer use an online form to submit shipment information from our clients We invite our clients to call us anytime at 256-607-0110 anytime between the hours of 9a.m and 3p.m. CST if they have any questions!
2) Ready to have us repair your control board? Simply ship your control board to our facility. We suggest that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment and/or insurance on the shipment in the event that the package is lost in transit.

3) We will call you and/or e-mail you as soon
as your control board is repaired to obtain credit card payment information.
Your control board will then be shipped back, typically by UPS, with a
4) Very Important!!!! Please include YOUR name, address, telephone number and email if available so that we can contact you when your control board is repaired. We cannot ship your board back if you cannot get in touch with you! Also, if possible, please send Manufacturer and model of your stove along with details about what the issues with your controller may be. This will help our technicians get your controller repaired faster!
5) OUR RATES are $185.00 flate rate to repair your board (includes ground shipping back to you. If it arrives here and there is nothing wrong with it then we charge $45 for bench test time and return ground shipping back. If (unlikely)that we cannot repair your board then we return it to you at no charge to you.
6) Typical repair time is usually no longer than 48 hours. This allows us to bench test your controller for up to 24 hours. After confirming proper operation we will call you to confirm shipping information and get payment information. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal.
7) We warranty our repair service for at least 2 years (sometimes longer under normal circumstances... keep you receipt!)
8) We are not responsible for lost shipments! We always ship with a tracking number which we will be happy to send to you. However, if you want to insure your shipment, please let us know when we call for payment information, extra charge for this service will be added to your final amount!
